Not from us. An individual farmer does not need an entry in CEIDG or KRS, so they are not in the sources we use. We can prepare a list of entities that carry out agricultural production as a registered business.

From field to shelf – that is the shortest description of this industry. Section A (divisions 01–03) covers crops, livestock, forestry and fishing. Divisions 10 and 11 of section C are processing – the manufacture of food products and beverages.
It is worth saying straight away what is not here. The Polish Entrepreneurs’ Law does not apply to agricultural production (Article 6(1)(1)), so an individual farmer does not need a CEIDG entry. We know of no public register from which a list of all farms with contact details could be obtained – and our database contains no such list.
What the data does contain are entities that farm as a business: agricultural companies, cooperatives, producer groups, livestock farms, nurseries, horticultural farms with their own sales and firms providing services to agriculture.
The REGON register lists 95,773 entities in this industry across Poland (GUS, as of 30 June 2026); the breakdown by voivodeship is in the table below. That is the size of the market, not the number of our records. Our own database (196,499 companies, as of 17 September 2026) is one of our sources and covers voivodeships unevenly, so the number of records for your selection is available on request – database status.
Classification
This is one of the least changed parts of the classification: section A and divisions 10–11 kept their letters and numbers. The differences concern a few service classes in agriculture and fishing. Here the old and new codes lead to practically the same entities.
Left code: PKD 2007, right: PKD 2025. Source: GUS, Polish Classification of Activities PKD 2025. The codes describe the scope of the industry – they are not a promise of a filter: today’s records mostly carry the source category, and a PKD code only where one is available. Whether you can select by a specific code is confirmed before you order. More: PKD 2025 and company lists.
Suppliers of machinery, fertilisers and crop protection products ask for a “farm database”. The honest answer is: business registers and directories only contain farms run as a business and farmers who have registered a business alongside the farm, for example combine harvesting services. That is a slice, usually the more commercial one.
Processing is different: bakeries, meat plants and dairies operate as businesses and are subject to official food controls. Here the problem is rather scale: a family bakery and a plant supplying retail chains have the same bread-making code.
Agriculture and food processing are distributed across voivodeships differently from services – the table below shows the distribution according to GUS figures. If you are interested in a particular area, for example fruit growing in Grójec county or selected counties of Greater Poland, please list the counties in your enquiry; we will check how many records we can actually deliver.
We sell fruit packaging. We are looking for producer groups, cold stores and fruit processors in the Grójec, Białobrzegi and Piaseczno counties. We want to send a sample book by post. Please send the number of records with a full address and the price.
This is a model enquiry, not a completed order. If you give us PKD codes, we will tell you how far they can be applied to our data – today the records mostly carry the source category.
Every food plant packs its products; customers are chosen by what they make.
Bakery ovens, bottling lines, cold stores – project sales to plants in a specific division.
Testing, HACCP systems and audits are permanent needs of food plants.
The export as a list of local producers for requests for quotation.

Questions
Not from us. An individual farmer does not need an entry in CEIDG or KRS, so they are not in the sources we use. We can prepare a list of entities that carry out agricultural production as a registered business.
No. Organic certification is not an export column. A list of organic producers is published by the Agricultural and Food Quality Inspection (IJHARS).
No. Food trade is section G (divisions 46 and 47). This industry covers producers only – agricultural and industrial. Online sellers are in E-commerce and online retail.
Commercial information may be sent by email or phone only with the recipient’s prior consent (Article 398 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law; the provision does not distinguish between consumers and businesses) – the export does not include such consent. The data is meant for postal mail, preparing visits, CRM enrichment and market analysis. Details: B2B telemarketing and email in Poland after the change.
We will reply with the scope, price and data status.
