Pricing

Pricing: how we price a company data export

We do not publish a fixed price list. Each export is quoted individually: before you order, you get the number of records matching your criteria, the fields they contain, the data status and the price. Without your confirmation nothing is ordered. All prices are final prices.

In short

  • Quote before order. Number of records, fields, data status and price – in one reply, usually within one working day.
  • One-off file, no subscription. CSV as standard, XLSX or JSON on request.
  • You pay nothing for the quote. If the scope or the price does not suit you, the enquiry ends there.

Why there is no price list

Our offer covers all of Poland, but our own database covers the voivodeships unevenly: of 196,499 records (as of 17.09.2026), 149,095 (75.9%) are in the Mazowieckie voivodeship. For other regions a large part of the list has to be compiled for the specific enquiry, so the effort – and the price – differs from case to case.

In addition, we select the records for an industry export for each enquiry – by the source category and by PKD code where the source gives one. We therefore know the number of records in an industry only once the criteria are set, and a fixed price per industry would promise a scope that cannot be stated in advance.

We would rather give you a price for a specific, counted list than a price per industry that does not say how many usable records you will get.

What the price depends on

The table scrolls sideways.

FactorWhy it mattersWhat to tell us
Number of records after all filtersThe quote is for the records that match your criteria, not for the size of an industry in the register.Industry (description or PKD codes) and legal forms.
RegionWhere our own database has many records (currently mainly Mazowieckie), part of the list already exists; elsewhere it has to be compiled.Voivodeships, counties or cities.
Required fieldsA condition such as “phone number required” or “NIP required” reduces the number of records and changes the work involved.Which of the 15 columns every record must have.
Source of the dataRecords from our own database versus records compiled from public sources for your enquiry.Nothing – we state it in the quote.
Format and processingCSV is standard; XLSX, JSON, a different separator or only selected columns on request. The system you will import the file into.
CountryOutside Poland we have our own database only for the Czech Republic; data from other EU countries is compiled to order. The country and, if known, the national classification.

What the file contains

  • Up to 15 columns: Nazwa firmy, Forma prawna, NIP, REGON, Numer KRS, Ulica i numer, Kod pocztowy, Miejscowość, Województwo, Powiat, Branża, Kod PKD, Telefon, E-mail, Strona www. Identifiers and contacts only where the source provides them.
  • The data status date, stated in the offer.
  • A licence to use the file for your own internal purposes; the binding terms are set out in the offer and the terms of service.

You can check the structure on the sample file (fictitious companies) before sending an enquiry.

What the price does not include

  • Consent to marketing. Under Article 398 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law, sending commercial information by email or phone requires the recipient’s prior consent – businesses included. We do not sell lists for email campaigns or telemarketing.
  • Verification of each contact. A phone number or email in the file does not confirm that it is reachable.
  • Legal advice. You are responsible for your own use of the data.

Market size is not the number of records

To estimate the scope, the official figures help: the REGON register lists 4,599,771 entities declaring business activity in Poland (GUS, as of 30 June 2026); the breakdown by industry and voivodeship is on the Polish company database page and in our data overviews. These are statistics, not records we can deliver – the number of records comes with the quote.

How a quote works

  1. 1. Enquiry. Use the form below or the contact page: industry, region, required fields, format.
  2. 2. Count and quote. We reply with the number of records, the fields, the data status and the price – or tell you that we cannot deliver the data in a reasonable scope.
  3. 3. Confirmation. Only after you confirm do we prepare the file. The currency, payment terms and delivery date are stated in the offer.
  4. 4. Delivery. You receive the file by email as a download link; another way of handing it over can be agreed.

Request a quote

Fields marked with an asterisk are required. The more precise the enquiry (industry, region, required fields), the more precise the quote.

Frequently asked questions

Why don’t you publish prices?

Because the price depends on the number of records after your filters and on how much of the list has to be compiled for your enquiry – and our own database covers the voivodeships unevenly. A fixed price per industry would not tell you how many usable records you get.

Is the quote free and non-binding?

Yes. You pay nothing before you order, and nothing is ordered without your confirmation.

Is this a subscription?

No. You receive a one-off file. A new version with a later data status can be ordered again.

Are the prices net or gross?

All prices are final prices. The amount and the currency are stated in the offer.
